Portsmouth, NH, August 2010 – Recently, the Department of State (DoS) added General Clerk positions to the National Visa Processing Center (NVC) contract. This contract is currently held by Serco, K4′s mentor within K4 and Serco’s mentor/protégé relationship. K4 is responsible for staffing General Clerks and providing continual training for the Clerks to keep them up-to-date with various immigration laws and DoS visa processes and procedures.
