Falls Church, VA, August 2010 – K4 Solutions, Inc. (K4) attributes extensive experience providing human resources (HR) and information technology (IT) support to a recent $69 million Army Management and Administrative Support of Human Resources (HRSS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award. K4 will respond to HR and IT-related task orders in marketing analysis, organizational and data management, training, and documentation analysis.
The Army HRSS contract vehicle will provide a centrally managed contracting procurement system to support the Army’s Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA). The Army’s M&RA serves as the lead for civilian and military manpower policy, HR, the review of soldier records, reserve/active component force structure policy, and the Army-wide Equal Employment Opportunity Program. “This type of HR program requires an agile and versatile contractor that can support multiple task orders at multiple locations with varying work requirements,” says Naveen Krishnamurthy, K4 Executive Vice President.
K4 brings “established HR and IT practices to aid in the Army M&RA mission of supervising manpower and reserve component affairs,” says Vinay Raman, K4 Chief Technology Officer.
