Falls Church, Va., April 2012 – The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has awarded K4 Solutions, Inc. extended weekday service hours and added weekends and holidays to K4’s service window. A trusted partner in support of TSA’s mission, this is the second increase K4 has received in managing and operating a state of the art call center.
K4 will now operate 15 hours per day M-F and 11 hours per day on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. “K4 is excited to expand the hours of this extremely important public facing call center to include weekends and holidays which will provide expanded service to the flying public and assist TSA in their mission to protect our transportation system from terrorists,” says Thomas Park, K4 Vice President.
