Additionally, due to the sensitive nature of remote contact tracing, our staff are also equipped with specific parameters on communication such as active listening, empathy, rapport building and soliciting information while maintaining the privacy and confidential aspects.
Technology-enabled Plug and Play Solution – Our staff are equipped with the necessary hardware, software and infrastructure such as VPN, dedicated high-speed internet and reliable telephony systems. Our operational tools leverage technology to enable our supervisors to monitor the operations on real-time basis thus giving the government a better control on the program.
